Frequently Asked Questions

The Pack Express Experience

Enjoy a fun, small-group photography experience with your dog at a preselected outdoor location. While you'll share the session time with a few other dog-and-human teams, each dog will be photographed individually. Groups are intentionally kept small, with a minimum of three and a maximum of five participants.

For the comfort of all dogs involved, these sessions are not recommended for reactive dogs. A private session provides a calmer environment, allowing your dog to relax and enjoy the experience without the added stress of other dogs nearby.

Sort of! While you'll be sharing the same general space with a few other dogs and their humans, the dogs won't be meeting or interacting. To help keep everyone safe and comfortable, all dogs must be on a standard leash no longer than 4–5 feet, and retractable leashes are not allowed.

Well- behaved dogs and trained (ish) dogs are welcome! (Don't worry if they were obedience school drop-outs) *Reactive and shy dogs are best suited for private sessions.

To keep the numbers down. there needs to be a minimum of of one handler per dog and a maximum of three handlers per dog. *Sorry, no children are allowed.

You'll definitely want to book a private session. *Please note that there are very few private experiences offered & they fill up fast!

You'll need to book 2 spots and have a handler for each dog.  There's an add-on option to have both pups together.

Yes—there’s an add-on option if you’d like to be in a few photos with your dog. The 3 included images are dog-only.
